By one definition, the term ''kakistocracy'' means '' Government by the least qualified or most unprincipled citizens'' Take a look at the dimwits who run the Congress, the dimwits who clutter up most judge slots, the dimwit now installed in the White House, the self-appointed 'movers and shakers' of academia, the media, and the like. The term 'kakistocracy', as in the baby word ''kaka'' applies.
